Quarter Beef are available for nationwide shipping!
Fill your freezer with a quarter beef - one of our most cost-effective purchasing options. With this selection, you'll receive about 95-105 pounds of dry-aged, Wyoming-raised, hormone and antibiotic-free, beef cuts. This includes approximately 15 lbs of premium steaks; 15 lbs of roasts; 15 lbs of other value cuts; and 50 lbs of Ground Beef.
Estimated final cost of a quarter beef is between $1,116-1,234. This amounts to $11.75/lb of TAKE-HOME beef, or roughly $5.58/lb hanging weight (processing costs included).
All quarters are standard cut and will include the following cuts:
Steaks:
- Tenderloin Filets (2-3)
- New York Strip Steaks (4-6)
- Boneless Ribeye Steaks (5-6)
- Sirloin Steaks (4-5)
- Flat Iron Steaks (1)
- Skirt Steak (2)
- Top Round Steaks (5-6)
*Tenderloin steaks are cut 1.5" thick, all other steaks are cut 1" thick
