Coulotte Steak (Picanha)

Steak cut from the top sirloin.  Considered the "Queen of Steaks" in Brazilian cuisine, once you try it you'll never look back! The Coulotte has lean sirloin meat paired with a buttery fat cap. We recommend grilling or reverse searing to medium rare.
